Who we are
NM Discovery (nmdiscovery.com) is operated by Musk Lifestyle Private Limited, Shop No. 42, Ananta Tower, Plot No. 2, Sector 6, near Bamandongri, Ulwe, Navi Mumbai, Raigad, Maharashtra 410206, India. For privacy or grievance requests, email admin@nmdiscovery.com.
Information we handle
When you submit a property listing, the form collects the property details you enter and your contact name, phone number and, if provided, email address. If you use an available enquiry form, it may collect your name, phone number, email and message. Listing enquiries currently use a WhatsApp link with the listing code and title pre-filled; anything you send in WhatsApp is shared through that service with the recipient of your message. Job listings may link to an external application site or an employer’s WhatsApp number.
Search words and filters appear in the search page URL and are sent to our listing search service. Each site search stores the query text, selected vertical, result count and time in our search_log database table to improve search results; no name or phone number is stored with this search record. Google Analytics collects basic usage information. Our hosting and error-reporting tools may process technical details, such as requests, device or browser information, and errors. Listing details are read from our public listing records; property owners can submit listings through the site. A listing owner can email us to request a correction or removal.
Why we use it and who receives it
We use this information to display listings, review submissions, respond to enquiries, improve the site and address misuse. We do not sell personal data or take a commission on transactions. Form submissions are stored with our database provider and reviewed by our team; where needed to respond to an enquiry, details may be passed to the relevant listing contact. WhatsApp conversations are handled by WhatsApp (Meta), and external job applications are handled by the destination site. Hosting, analytics and database providers process information needed to run the site. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Cookies and retention
Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser storage to measure visits and usage. The site does not require a login to browse. We keep submissions and related records as long as needed for their purpose or legal requirements; we have not implemented a fixed automatic deletion schedule. You can request deletion of an enquiry or correction or removal of a listing by email, subject to any legal retention requirements.
Your choices and rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Email admin@nmdiscovery.com; we will respond within a reasonable time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out or information we must retain by law.
YouTube
If you watch NM Discovery content on YouTube, your use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. This website does not collect your YouTube account data. If you have authorised access to a YouTube channel through Google, you can review or revoke it in your Google permissions. This site does not currently provide a YouTube account connection.
